Seven colors after the rain.

One. Two. Three. Three missed calls registered on my phone. Maybe I was asleep when they were calling or perhaps I was just too busy doing something that's why I din't noticed they are calling. Phone calls - we don't usually get the freedom to choose when to answer them. It's like when someone's calling, we are forced to answer them right away. Unlike in texting, we can send our reply anytime we want. But, I think I have to disagree with what I said. At times, we have the freedom - that is, we don't answer the phone call. We just let our phone ring and ring and ring until the caller gets tired, or we can simply hit the reject button. I know right?!

One. Two. Three. Three seconds, now the fourth, fifth, sixth and so on. As I am writing and you are reading this, seconds will run and turns to minutes then hours. This is how life simply moves. After hours, it turns to days. And then another twenty four hours for tomorrow. And another twenty four hours for the day after tomorrow, and so on. Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow. Life never gets ran out of tomorrow. Great things can happen in each tomorrow so learn to live them to the fullest. Tomorrow is forever.

One. Two. Three. Three raindrops poured on my notebook. The ink scattered on the wet part of the paper. Another three fell, and then here comes the seventh, eighth, ninth raindrop. And it turned to a storm. This is love, somehow. It pours. like a rain, unexpectedly. With or without umbrella, it will fall with all might and the throb is as loud as the thunder. Sometimes it is mild and sometimes it is heavy. So when you get caught in the rain, enjoy the water and the weather! Just be careful, because after playing in the rain, you'll get a 37.5 degree Celsius temperature the next day! One. Two. Three. Love is this.

And oh, before I forgot, after the rain, there is a rainbow!

Making the First Move

How to make the first move?

o_O

Sabi nila, if someone is in need, siya ang lumapit. Hmmm
Paano ang nalulunod? Siya rin ba ang lalapit?

LAUGH!
but wait.. look beyond this joke!

Actually this not a joke, this is a truth.. Sometimes, the best jokes are the best truths!

How sensitive are you? How do you help? How do you reach out to other people's heed?

Many people are waiting for your hand.

Help! It's just a 4-letter word.

It's not always that people with worries should come to us for help. Sometimes we need to be sensitive!

Sensitive enough to know when to make the FIRST MOVE!

Go on. Share the goodness of your hands...
A little touch can make a difference... who knows!

The Deaf

Wednesday, April 15, 2009

One day, an army of frogs are playing near the forbidden well. The well is said to be forbidden because of their history, once you fall in it, you have now more way out.

Accidentally, two of the frogs fell in the well. The two frogs are swimming for their survival. Their friends worried about what they'll gonna do to save the two frogs. Suddenly, they remembered that no frogs have survived from the peril. So they shouted to the two frogs:

"Hey! Don't waste your effort climbing! You can no longer be saved! In our history, there were no frogs who survived once they fall on the well!" said the frogs.

One of the frog heard his friends shouting, then he remembered their history. He was already on the half of the well, but he jumped and dropped at the bottom. And so he died! But the other frog still continued climbing! He is giving his all effort to survive. His friends were discouraging him not to climb anymore because he will never be saved at all.

The frog still climb, and climb, and climb. Little by little, he reached the top. He was saved!

The other frogs were amazed because he was the first frog who survived in the well. They asked him how did he managed to survived.

The frog said "Thank You guys, i survived because you cheered for me!"

The frogs were confused, they were not cheering, they were actually discouraging him.

As they were chatting about what happened, the frogs found out that their friend who survived from the peril was deaf.... (*end)

INSIGHTS:
I just want to share to you this very inspiring story of the deaf frog. His friends were discouraging him not to waste effort for his survival, yet, since the frog was deaf, he thought that his friends were cheering for him that's why he was saved from the peril.

Inspiring isn't it?!

Ito ang paraan: MAGBINGI-BINGIHAN tayo sa mga discouragement ng ibang tao! Huwag natin sila pakikinggan. Don't live on the shadows of the other people. Close your ears to all the negatives voices.

Think of them like a CHEER! Isipin nalang natin na pinagchi-cheer nila tayo for our success! Huwag na huwag tayo makikinig sa sasabihin ng iba! Live your life! That's yours! It's free!

Listen to the positive ones! Makinig dun sa mga makakatulong sa'yo para maabot ang mga pangarap mo! "Pakinggan mo ang mga boses na makakatulong sa pagbuo ng pagkatao mo!"

Be a deaf to the discouragements, and be a listener to the enlightenment! (tama!!!)
