The Beginning of The End

Let me share to you this story of a simple yet great man...

at 31, this man FAILED in business.
at 32, he was DEFEATED in a legislative race.
at 34, he FAILED again in business.
at 35, his girlfriend DIED.
at 36, he had a NERVOUS BREAKDOWN.
at 38, he LOST another election.
at 43, 46, 48, he LOST congressional races.
at 55, he LOST a senatorial race.
at 56, he FAILED in a bid to become Vice President of USA
at 58, he LOST a senatorial race...

at 60, he was ELECTED PRESIDENT of the USA!

He is ABRAHAM LINCOLN - a man who had experienced many failures and rejection but he never give up!

This is very inspiring. One time, while I am in my room, I ponder on this story of Abraham Lincoln. I am an IT student. My classmates, We are all IT students! Being an agent of technology, it requires us so much responsibilities! We are programmers. We are multimedia developers, animators, web developers. We are simply future innovators. As we walk on this park, we will meet uninvited visitors in our journey. There will be factors that would hinder us to achieve what we wanted in life.

We will meet FAILURE! When we do programming, we will encounter bugs and errors as we test our program. We should not be frightened when we meet them. We have the prerogative to debug them! Don't give up! Just continue writing the codes! Who knows, as you debug, you will meet SUCCESS!

To my classmates, IT2010, we have one more year to go. And I sure, FAILURE is still in the middle of the bridge who tries to degrade us, but DON'T GIVE UP! 100% certain! SUCCESS is on the other side!

This is the beginning of the end! The last part of our odyssey! CLASSMATES mag4-4th year na tayo! Galingan pa natin! Kaya yan! AJA! 3 words lang yan - DON'T GIVE UP!
